Oh what would I have done without you oh wonderful crepe place? The perfect snack at 2 in the morning when you’re inebriated and starving! Maybe my judgment was a bit skewed.. but this crepe was pretty damn good! lol A very decadent Dolce de Leche sauce loaded with strawberries, wrapped in a warm crepe and topped with powdered sugar.. Seriously, this place put the proverbial “cherry on top” of a really great night!
My only regret? I should have ordered Ice Cream to go with it! lol Well after a night of drinking and celebrating.. I washed it down with a crepe and a nice cup of milk. Not usually recommended, but it worked out for me. I love New York! =)

You should drop by Eden in Falls Chuch, VA. It’s a Viet Plaza at Seven Corners with loads of good eats. My personal fave is Viet Bistro.
where was the crepe place? or was it a cart? just had one today.
speaking of ice creams… I recommend ‘Ferrara’ in Little Italy/ a bit expensive for a cup of gelato but so worth it

How long have you been in the industry?
The Pastry Chef at the place I work made crepes today to go with family meal. He stuffed them with a sort of orange and lemon gelee. So tasty.
I just got off a nice 15 hour shift. Always fun, eh?

if you like food i sugest taking a trip to the UK. There is some of the best food here. Like real fish and chips from a chip shop covered in salt and vinegar,yum.

mm.. yum. crepes are amazinggggggggg… btw for really good mexican food, i like viva ponchos [you have got to try their deep fried ice cream] yum! (its in NYC)

ice cream is very good with a warm crepe. I actually prefer Japanese crepes over French ones.
